We have a number of various coloured blend bat access tiles for sale at reduced prices.

Bat access tiles allow access for bats into the roof space as some buildings are under regulations to protect bats and their habitat. These are the perfect tiles for allowing bats into the roof space and with our availability of colours you can be sure to find a product to fit seamlessly in with existing tiles.

Hand manufacture ensures that each Spicer Tiles made Bat Access Tiles Set is unique, and bears the same subtle variations of size, colour and texture of tiles that have been made in the same traditional way since the Middle Ages.

Each tile is 265mm x 165mm and is nibbed.

Description

Recommendation

  • All Tiles to be laid in accordance with BS 5534
  • Tiles should be layed by a well practiced roofer with experience using handmade clay tiles
  • Pallets on site should be on firm, dry and level ground, no more than two pallets high
  • Due to limitations of the print process, colours should be selected from actual samples

 

Due to the variations in clay, finishes and production processes, it is good practice to request a most recent sample before confirming an order. Colours, shades, and shapes can vary batch to batch.
