Clay Roof Tile

Spicer Tiles have worked with Cox Restoration and Cox Developments for over 15 years. It was an honour to be asked to be part of a project such as Brisley Farm. Cox Developments are well known for producing high-quality houses with no expense spared when it comes to quality of the products used on their projects.

Brisley Farm was a 3 unit project, each property a little different from the next, including the ranges of Spicer Tiles used on each roof. A handmade, clay roof tile was perfectly suited, and on this particular property the architect and client decided that the Medium Antique pegs tiles would be best for the main roof, and our red antique peg tiles would compliment them on the vertical.

Keeping a close working relationship with the project manager and the roofing contractor, we were able to deliver the tiles on time and on budget to produce this wonderful trio of family homes, which will be adorned with traditional Kent peg tiles for hundreds of years.
