Situated in the heart of the Kent countryside, Winterbourne Quarry is a development of 4 units, each boasting their own special traits, including indoor swimming pools and a zip line spanning the length of the whole development.

Included in the array of special materials chosen is our handmade clay roof tiles, with Churchland on the main roof and Burmarsh on the verticals. Together creating a contrast between roof and vertical, but sympathetic to the nature of handmade tiles.

Over 70,000 tiles were used on this project, proving once again that Spicer Tiles are not just for conservation and restoration projects, but for the developer too.
